The account management web pages allows a member of INAF to check the validity of personal information once registered by a member of administration staff and to edit certain information that could be retireved by various applications in use (e.g. GSuite, access to payslips, Eduroam, IDEM, Travel reimbursment app, etc.)
Access to the account management web pages is strictly personal and requires a username and password that can be only provided only by administration staff in person.
Your account will be automatically revoked 3 months after any form of contract with INAF ceases, however the account can be reactivated in case you obtain a new contract after the expiry period of time.
AstroDip is the staff Registry of INAF. You can check your publicly available information by quering its pages.
User Portal INAF HR - Registry data
After logging in you can find 4 sections where you can edit light blue fields but not white ones which are read only. The read-only fields can be amended asking the admin staff.
We kinldy invite you to check the blue fields and eventually update:
E-mail (Section Registry)
Your personal email address. This address could be used to reset your lost password or other relevant communications.
E-Mail Ufficio (Section Registry)
Your institutional email address: it usually comes in the form name.surname@inaf.it, but you could also specify an alternative one. On this address you will receive the mail caming from email lists.
Phone Number (Section Registry)
Your personal telephone or mobile number which could be used by applications for OTP (like GSuite)
OrcID (Section Activities)
every employee or associated person who publishes scientific articles or products or patents must insert the numeric part of his/her OrcID.
Room/Floor (Section Anagrafica)
Please provide the room and eventually floor number where you have been assigned to.
Interest Area (section Attivita')
Please choose the scientific departement that you deem to be part of.
IBAN (section IBAN)
Bank account sort code: please write the complete IBAN number provided by your bank in order to get reimbursemnts when travelling at the expense of a different INAF institution or observatory.
Projects
Projects: please select the projects you deem to be part of in order to get reimbursment for your travel expenses. If you are a national 'Principal Investigator' of a project you are already registered in the system. If not you can choose to be a 'PI locale' of local Principal investigator if you are responsible for expenditures for the project or simply a 'membro' or you are just a member part of the project.
Change Password and Reset
Change/Reset Password: here you can change your password or rest it after a loss or first use of your credentials.
